What we'll cover:

Join Nicole from PetPocketbook, and Kristin Holzapfel, Owner of Pampered Pupperinos & Pals, Founder and Director of Midwest Pet Sitter Affiliates, and 2026 NAPPS Business of the Year, for a real, behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to stand out in this industry.

Kristin will share her journey to national recognition, the choices that shaped her business, and how her involvement in the pet care community played a role along the way. This is not just about winning an award. It is about building something that truly stands out.

This roundtable is meant to be a conversation, not a lecture. Bring your questions, your experiences, and your perspective as we dig into what makes a business memorable and how you can apply those ideas to your own.
